Febin V Akshaya, General Manager of Bellavista Nursing Group

Hi, My name is Febin Varghese Akshaya, I work as the General Manager for Bellavista Nursing homes groups. I have been part of Bellavista groups for nearly two years and with that I bring in 20 years of Leadership and Management experience in care. I have worked in different organisation including private, public and charities in my working career and have first-hand experience of working care in on all levels from care giver to care management. My experiences extend from working for organisation supporting people with learning difficulties, mental health needs and challenging behaviours. We always  ensure that all residents in both our nursing home have their care needs met to the highest quality and the home abides by he Care Standards Regulations .We believe in care which involves Residents and their families in quality assurance of care which is provided through addressing any improvement made ,approved and implement in timely manner within the home with their thoughts and ideas .All our staff and residents in our care are managed and support with dignity and respect . The nursing and health care needs are met effectively within the Health and Safety regulation including Environmental Health and Fire safety regulations.I am really proud to be part of a Bellavista Nursing home group which put priority in care provision focused on the people we care for and the work force we invest in. It is with great satisfaction and with great pride that I can say that  we enjoy to  work with the team we support .
