Phillipa Maynard is our deputy manager with nearly twenty years of experience within the care industry . Phillipa has worked  at Nursing home since the start of her career.  she has worked in every department over the years, completing extensive training and gaining experience needed to rise to Deputy Manager . We were delighted when Phillipa agreed to stay on when Bellavista took over bringing her years of experience and clinical knowledge also , including NVQ level 5 in leadership and management . And qualified with Bradford University for Dementia Care Mapping, She has an open door policy and is passionate about achieving excellence in care and quality of life for residents and she strives to ensure all staff are well supported at all times . Phillipa’s passion is in Dementia Care and at Bellavista has been given creative freedom and support to take her ideas for Dementia friendly areas within the Home into reality, she loves finding new ways to enhance quality of care and meaningful activities of daily living.
